Start by applying the powder highlighter. Take the fluffy end of the Dual-Ended Precision Highlighter Brush, and sweep the powder onto the skin. Continue building until you’ve reached your desired look. 

Once you’ve applied the powder, it’s time to add the crème. Use a sponge or the dense end of the highlighter brush to press the highlighter into the skin, working it into the areas where you’ve applied the powder. 

The pressing motion helps add the crème to the complexion without disrupting the makeup underneath.
