- I just bought your crème foundation and finishing powder set. I just don’t know what to put first the cream or the powder. I normally put my liquid foundation and concealer first then I apply the powder last, but this is my first time using PTB and I’ve seen a couple of videos where he says he applies the powder first then applies the cream last. I have combination/oily at times skin; so how do I go about applying this?
- Hi Melanie! We recommend applying the cream foundation to clean, primed skin, building to desired coverage. Then, apply the translucent setting powder to oil-prone areas, such as the t-zone. - Do you recommend a primer before the foundation? I don’t see one on your website and I’m not sure what formula to use to complement the foundation.
- Hi Sarah! For a base layer, we recommend a well moisturized face. Then sake the bottle well, add 1–2 pumps to the back of your hand and spread it out. Distribute the formula evenly into the bristles of a dense foundation brush and apply a light layer to skin, starting at the center of the face and moving outwards along the hairline and jawline.
