Activate the formula with our Major Glow Dewy Milk Mist (sold separately) or water. Brush a spoolie or a firm brush into the pan to pick up a small amount of wax and brush through clean brows in an upward, outward motion. Shape as desired.

Twist up and apply brow pencil as desired to fill in sparse areas. A gel base that glides on flawlessly and sets for a water-resistant, long-wearing finish. Slim oval shape allows for dimensional, hair-like strokes creating a natural looking brow. Treated pigments stay true to color all day.
