U.S. SHIPPING
Orders placed by 10 AM PST (Mon–Fri) begin processing the same day. All orders ship from the Dallas, TX area.

• Ground Shipping (5–10 business days):
    - Free on orders $50+
    - $6.95 for orders under $50
    - $12.95 for AK & HI orders under $50

• Express Shipping (3–4 business days):
    - $9.95 for orders $100+
    - $14.95 for orders under $100

We offer free U.S. standard shipping on orders $50+. Carriers typically deliver within 2–10 business days via USPS or FedEx. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

In most cases, international orders ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), where duties and taxes are collected at checkout for a smoother customs process. Shipping options may vary by country—please review your checkout page to see if your order is DDP or DDU.

UK, DE, CH, FR, SA – All taxes and duties included at checkout - no extra fees at delivery

To make sure your order arrives smoothly, please review the following restrictions that apply to certain countries:

• China (CN): Orders are limited to ¥1000 RMB (about $140 USD). If this value limit cannot be applied, a maximum of 2 items per order will apply.

• Japan (JP): Orders cannot exceed 24 items per shipment.

• South Africa (ZA): Orders over ZAR 500 (about $28.40 USD) require customers to provide a South African ID number, as well as a valid phone number and email at checkout.

• South Korea (KR): Customers must provide a Tax ID, plus a valid phone number and email at checkout.

• Chile (CL): Orders are limited to 10 items per shipment.

• Peru (PE): Orders are limited to 4 items per shipment.

• Mexico (MX): Express shipping is not available; special routing will be used.

• European Union (EU): Express shipping is not available for Spain, Italy, or Portugal.

• Australia (AU): Orders are limited to a total value of $1,000 AUD per shipment.
