Return & Exchange Policy

We always want you to feel confident and satisfied with your Patrick Ta Beauty purchase. That’s why we proudly offer returns and exchanges on U.S. orders. If a product doesn’t meet your expectations, you may return gently used or unused items within 30 days of delivery, as noted on the packing slip included with your order. Products must be returned in their original packaging. For International orders, we only offer returns, and conditions for returns must be the same as above.

Please note that Patrick Ta Beauty does not cover return shipping costs and is not responsible for lost packages without proof of delivery. We actively monitor return activity to help prevent abuse and reserve the right to limit or refuse returns when necessary. Additionally, there will be a 15% restocking fee on orders over $300, and all returns are subject to a $7.00 USD return label shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
