Orders must be placed by 10 am PST Mon-Fri to start processing on the same day. Ground shipping for US typically takes between 9-12 business days to arrive to their destination and 12-18 business days international orders. All of our orders ship from Dallas, TX area.

Standard shipping is free for all orders $210 CAD or more in Canada (pre-tax and shipping costs), £120 GBP or more in the UK (pre-tax and shipping costs), $4000 MXN or more in Mexico (pre-tax and shipping costs), £145 DE or more in Germany (pre-tax and shipping costs) and $230 AUD or more in AUS (pre-tax and shipping costs). All other shipping rates for international orders will be calculated at checkout including insurance, taxes and duties. RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Refunds, when approved, will be reflected on the original payment method account within 3-5 days. For returns on orders valued at $200 or more, a 10% restocking fee will be applied. We provide a complimentary shipping label for the first return request associated with an order. For any additional return labels requested for the same order, a $7 label fee will apply.
