It includes a Liquid Transition Brightening Blush worn before your powder blush to brighten the undereye, and a Transition Blurring Blush Duo worn after to diffuse color across the in-between space. Blush the Cheeks

Apply Major Headlines Powder Blush to the apples of the cheeks using the fluffy side of the Dual-Ended Precision Blush Brush.

Blur the In-Between
